Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Transfer to Goma (DR Congo)

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport in Rwanda, you will be met by your safari guide for briefing and departure toward the Congo border.

Drive through scenic countryside to Gisenyi and cross into Democratic Republic of the Congo at Goma.

Proceed to your hotel near the shores of Lake Kivu for relaxation and overnight stay.

Depending on arrival time, enjoy a short Goma city orientation.
